  1. Before running the software and using the CXC its always good to make sure the offsets are already set at U0 Y0
    • Before running the software and using the CXC its always good to make sure the offsets are already set at U0 Y0

    • Navigate to System>Config.g and scroll down to Tools

    • Find that the second tool will have a line that reads

    • G10 P1 U0 Y0 Z0.0

    • Ensure it is not commented out by ensure the ; is not at the beginning

    • The line below it with the previous offset should be commented out, see the photo for reference.

    • Once that is saved you can now start the process and follow the directions in the CXC software.

    • At the end the CXC software will give you the new offset

    • Navigate to System>Config and down to the Tool section again.

    • Comment out the following line

    • G10 P1 U0 Y0 Z0.0

    • Insert your new offset in the line below (remember that the X value given by the CXC Software will go next to the U)

    • Be sure you uncomment out the new offset value and save
